- Address: The Westin Rancho Mirage, 71333 Dinah Shore Dr, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 You must pick up your wristband individually. You may not pick up a wristband for anyone other than yourself. Please keep in mind this is a 21+ event. You must show a government issued ID at pick up that matches the name you have given. If you are unable to make it to any of the pre check locations, you may also check in the night of when you arrive at Neon Carnival.
